C. Documents and Images

- Vehicle registration (Istimara) photo
- Vehicle photos (for evaluation or comprehensive insurance)
- National ID card photo
- Any other documents required by the insurance company
Important Note: We use Artificial Intelligence technology (Google Gemini AI) to automatically extract data from uploaded documents, aiming to speed up data entry and reduce errors. These documents are processed securely and are not retained by the AI service.
D. Technical Information
We automatically collect some technical information to improve performance and security:
- Device type and model
- Operating system and version
- IP address
- Usage data within the app (such as pages viewed, time spent)
- Session and authentication information
- Error logs and technical issues
E. Location Information (Optional)
The app does not currently collect geographical location information. We may request access to your location in the future to provide additional services (such as nearby service centers), and this will only be done with your explicit consent.

Data Retention Period

- After that, personal data is permanently deleted (except legally required data)
